Digital Products

All Honey Pebble products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered or accessed.

Problems With Your Order

If you experience a problem with your download, receive the wrong file, discover a damaged or unusable file, or have another issue with your order, please contact Honey Pebble.

I want you to be happy with the resources you purchase and will gladly help resolve legitimate problems with your files or order.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same Honey Pebble product more than once, please contact me with your order information. Duplicate purchases will be reviewed individually and may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

Because digital products may be available for download shortly after purchase, orders generally cannot be canceled once the files have been delivered or accessed.
